Scandalli Accordions

Scandalli was started by Silvio Scandalli who began making accordions with the help of his family over one hundred years ago. After combining with Settimio Soprani they formed form Farfisa which was one of the largest makers of musical instruments in the world.

Since 1984 they have concentrated on producing only accordions. Scandalli are currently under the stewardship of Mirco Patarini, Leonardo Menghini and Luciano Menghini with the aim of providing instruments of the highest standard and uncompromising quality.

Free the Reed is delighted to offer a selection of free bass accordions from the Scandallli Conservatorio range. Ranging from small 72 bass accordions through to full size concert accordions, the Conservatorio range all feature the Free Bass Converter system on the left hand keyboard. The conservatorio range features a range of sizes for chromatic button and Piano accordions.
